Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- Swiss cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and onion soup mix. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, place slices of Swiss cheese on top and cover to let melt.
- Once cooked, remove from the crockpot, slice, and serve.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in chopped onions or garlic. You can use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
