Instructions

- In a bowl, mix together the grated parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Let them cool before serving.
