Delicious and easy crispy garlic parmesan potato wedges, perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients

- 3 medium russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
- Dipping sauce of choice (aioli, ranch, or spicy mayo)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil (or melted butter), minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and half of the parmesan cheese.
- Arrange the seasoned wedges on a lined baking tray in a single layer and bake for 30–35 minutes. Flip the wedges halfway through for even cooking.
- Once done, sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the wedges before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before baking to remove excess starch. Customize seasonings to your taste.
