Deliciously crispy chicken tenders coated in garlic and Parmesan, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Olive oil spray (for baking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up your breading stations: keep flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and combine panko breadcrumbs with Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and then coat it in the panko-Parmesan mix.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray with olive oil and bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
  5. Once done, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
