Deliciously crispy chicken tenders coated in garlic and Parmesan, baked to perfection.

- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Olive oil spray (for baking)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up your breading stations: keep flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and combine panko breadcrumbs with Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and then coat it in the panko-Parmesan mix.
- Arrange the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray with olive oil and bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
- Once done, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
