- 1 pound fresh crab meat
- 3 slices of white bread, crust removed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the crab meat, bread crumbs (from the crustless bread), beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
Notes
Best served warm with tartar sauce or lemon. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
