Description

Delicious crispy crab patties that are light, flavorful, and perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh crab meat
  • 3 slices of white bread, crust removed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the crab meat, bread crumbs (from the crustless bread), beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Form the mixture into small patties.
  5. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer.

Notes

Best served warm with tartar sauce or lemon. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
