- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers or Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish or skillet.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and melted butter.
- Spread sour cream or Greek yogurt over each chicken breast, then press shredded cheddar onto each piece and coat in the seasoned cracker mixture.
- Place the chicken in the dish and bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until fully cooked and the topping is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding herbs like thyme or rosemary to the cracker mix. You can also use different types of cheese for a twist.
