- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the wings completely dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder and all the seasonings until they are evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet to allow air circulation.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
