Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne (optional, for heat)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top of it.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss the wings with baking powder and all the seasonings until they are evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are deeply golden and crispy.
  4. Let the wings rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dip.

Notes

To reheat, place the wings back in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10–15 minutes to make them crispy again.
