- 2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
- 1 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne (optional, for heat)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top of it.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss the wings with baking powder and all the seasonings until they are evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are deeply golden and crispy.
- Let the wings rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dip.
Notes
To reheat, place the wings back in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10–15 minutes to make them crispy again.
