- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, ensuring they are well coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over the cauliflower and toss again until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix. Using good quality grated Parmesan enhances the flavor.
