Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over the cauliflower and toss again until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix. Using good quality grated Parmesan enhances the flavor.
