Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the cabbage wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well coated.
- Place the cabbage wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
