Crisped Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes

Description

Deliciously crispy sliced potatoes cooked in an air fryer, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 medium Yukon gold or russet potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Flaky salt, for finishing (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice potatoes (about 1/4 inch thick). Pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Toss slices with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer potato slices vertically or overlap slightly in a lightly greased air fryer basket.
  4. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and flaky salt before serving.

Notes

Slices can also be made with red or sweet potatoes. Soaking potatoes before cooking is optional but may improve crispiness.
