Description
Deliciously crispy sliced potatoes cooked in an air fryer, perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 medium Yukon gold or russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Flaky salt, for finishing (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice potatoes (about 1/4 inch thick). Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Toss slices with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Layer potato slices vertically or overlap slightly in a lightly greased air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with parsley and flaky salt before serving.
Notes
Slices can also be made with red or sweet potatoes. Soaking potatoes before cooking is optional but may improve crispiness.
