Ingredients

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 1/2 cups seafood or chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Creole seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 8 oz cooked crab meat
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in corn, broth, cream, Creole seasoning, smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Gently fold in crab meat and green onions. Heat until warmed through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and a pinch of paprika.
Notes
For added flavor, use homemade broth. Adjust Creole seasoning to your spice preference.
