Description

A refreshing dessert layered with fresh strawberries and a fluffy vanilla cream mixture, perfect for warm days and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granola or crushed cookies (optional for layers)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk the heavy cream in a medium bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the vanilla yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Layer the strawberry slices at the bottom of serving glasses.
  5. Add a layer of the vanilla cream mixture over the strawberries.
  6. If desired, sprinkle a layer of granola or crushed cookies for crunch.
  7. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional strawberry slices on top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled; store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
