- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar (or to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granola or crushed cookies (optional for layers)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, combine the vanilla yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until fully incorporated.
- To assemble, layer the sliced strawberries at the bottom of serving glasses.
- Add a generous layer of the vanilla cream mixture over the strawberries.
- If you like, sprinkle a layer of granola or crushed cookies for some crunch.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a few additional strawberry slices on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
