Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar (or to taste)

  • 1/2 cup granola or crushed cookies (optional for layers)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the vanilla yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. To assemble, layer the sliced strawberries at the bottom of serving glasses.
  5. Add a generous layer of the vanilla cream mixture over the strawberries.
  6. If you like, sprinkle a layer of granola or crushed cookies for some crunch.
  7. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a few additional strawberry slices on top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
