Description
A delightful dish combining tender ravioli with succulent shrimp and fresh spinach in a rich, creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.
Ingredients

- 1 package (about 9–12 oz) cheese or seafood ravioli
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining butter, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the cooked ravioli and shrimp back to the pan. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Enjoy warm!
