- 8 oz rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Fresh dill, for garnish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried dill or 1 tbsp fresh
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, dill, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shrimp, diced red bell pepper, chopped celery, and green onions.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh dill before enjoying.
Notes
Ensure pasta is completely cooled to avoid warm dressing. Adjust mayonnaise and sour cream for desired creaminess. Other ingredients like cherry tomatoes or cucumbers can be added.
