- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 cups beef broth (or chicken broth)
- 2 cups milk (or cream)
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef (or turkey) over medium heat until browned.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the milk (or cream) and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
