- 200g cream cheese
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g crushed pecans
- 150g graham cracker crumbs
- 100g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g caramel sauce
- 50g whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160ยฐC (320ยฐF).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a cake tin to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the cake tin.
- Sprinkle the crushed pecans on top of the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- Once baked, allow the cake to cool completely.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and add whipped cream along with some extra pecans.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 180 minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. For a crunchier texture, add more crushed pecans before baking.
