Ingredients

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 150g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g crushed pecans
  • 150g graham cracker crumbs
  • 100g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50g caramel sauce
  • 50g whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 160ยฐC (320ยฐF).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a cake tin to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the cake tin.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed pecans on top of the mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  8. Once baked, allow the cake to cool completely.
  9. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and add whipped cream along with some extra pecans.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 180 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. For a crunchier texture, add more crushed pecans before baking.
