Description

A delicious dessert that combines rich flavors of cream cheese and pecans, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 150g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g crushed pecans
  • 150g graham cracker crumbs
  • 100g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50g caramel sauce
  • 50g whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press this mixture into the bottom of a cake tin to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract to the mixture, then pour it over the crust in the cake tin.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed pecans on top of the cream mixture.
  6. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
  7. Once done, cool the cake completely.
  8. Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with whipped cream and extra pecans.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
