- 200g cream cheese
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g crushed pecans
- 150g graham cracker crumbs
- 100g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g caramel sauce
- 50g whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press this mixture into the bottom of a cake tin to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract to the mixture, then pour it over the crust in the cake tin.
- Sprinkle the crushed pecans on top of the cream mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Once done, cool the cake completely.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with whipped cream and extra pecans.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
