Description
A delightful no-bake dessert featuring a rich nut butter filling, sweet cream cheese, and a chocolate topping.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers or chocolate cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups creamy nut butter (peanut, almond, or your favorite)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (or whipped cream)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers or cookies with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Make the Nut Butter Filling: In a large bowl, beat nut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
- Prepare the Chocolate Topping: Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until it starts to simmer. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Pour the chocolate ganache over the nut butter filling, spreading it evenly.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the pie for at least 2-3 hours, or until fully set. Garnish with chopped nuts or whipped cream before serving.
Notes
Customize your nut butter and toppings to suit your taste. The pie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
