Description

A delicious and satisfying dish that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with creamy pasta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz medium pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and beef broth. Simmer for 3–4 minutes. Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir to coat evenly. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle bacon over the top. Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for a bubbly golden finish. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Don’t overcook the pasta to ensure it doesn’t get mushy. Customize the cheese or add vegetables for extra nutrition.
