  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, and let it thicken slightly.
  7. Add cooked pasta, spinach (if using), and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat everything evenly.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

For best flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or bell peppers.
