Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Description

A delicious and comforting dish with tender chicken, fettuccine pasta, and a rich, creamy garlic parmesan sauce. Perfect for a quick dinner or cozy meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sauté in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  4. Return chicken to the pan. Add cooked pasta and sun-dried tomatoes. Toss until everything is coated in the sauce.
  5. Garnish with chopped basil or parsley and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

Store leftover pasta in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat with a little added cream or milk to loosen the sauce.
