A delicious and comforting dish with tender chicken, fettuccine pasta, and a rich, creamy garlic parmesan sauce. Perfect for a quick dinner or cozy meal.

- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
- Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sauté in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the pan. Add cooked pasta and sun-dried tomatoes. Toss until everything is coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped basil or parsley and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
Store leftover pasta in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat with a little added cream or milk to loosen the sauce.
