Luxurious lobster tails in a rich creamy garlic butter sauce, perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 lobster tails, shells removed and meat cleaned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the lobster tails dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the lobster tails for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Spoon some of the sauce over the lobster tails and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the lobster tails are cooked through and tender.
- Drizzle more sauce over the lobster tails and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
