Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz linguine
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in Italian dressing before cooking. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition.
