- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, halved
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments
- 2 cups vanilla pudding or custard
- 1 cup whipped cream (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced bananas, halved strawberries, green grapes, and mandarin orange segments.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding or custard according to package instructions. Once ready, fold in the whipped cream if using.
- Layer the fruit mixture and the pudding/custard mixture in a trifle dish or individual serving cups.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding/custard on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
