Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding or custard
  • 1 cup whipped cream (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced bananas, halved strawberries, green grapes, and mandarin orange segments.
  2. In a separate bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding or custard according to package instructions. Once ready, fold in the whipped cream if using.
  3. Layer the fruit mixture and the pudding/custard mixture in a trifle dish or individual serving cups.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding/custard on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
