- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, halved
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup orange segments
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or cream
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Slice all fruits and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together vanilla yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream dressing over the fruit and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
- Spoon into bowls and enjoy cold!
Notes
Use ripe but firm fruits for the best texture. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
