Description

A delightful and refreshing fruit salad with a smooth, creamy dressing, perfect for gatherings and light desserts.


Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup orange segments
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or cream
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice all fruits and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together vanilla yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the cream dressing over the fruit and gently toss until evenly coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
  5. Spoon into bowls and enjoy cold!

Notes

Use ripe but firm fruits for the best texture. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
