Description

A delicious and indulgent pasta dish combining four different cheeses for a rich and creamy flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup shredded fontina
  • 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola (or blue cheese)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil spaghetti until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Add the cheeses, stirring until they melt and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Toss in the cooked spaghetti. Add pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and a sprinkle of black pepper. Serve warm.

Notes

Don’t overcook the pasta; cook it al dente. Adjust the cheese types based on your preference. Add red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
