Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the milk until it is warm, but do not boil it.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and egg yolks until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the warm milk to the egg mixture, stirring constantly to combine.
- Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring until it thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
- Pour the cooled mixture into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
Notes
For a richer flavor, you can add vanilla extract or a pinch of salt to the milk mixture.
