Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Place the boneless chicken in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or high for 240 minutes (4 hours) until the chicken is cooked and easy to shred.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it well with the sauce.
  6. Stir in the cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, sour cream, and green onions.
  7. Let it cook for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
  8. Serve warm, enjoy!
