- 2 lbs boneless chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Place the boneless chicken in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or high for 240 minutes (4 hours) until the chicken is cooked and easy to shred.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it well with the sauce.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, sour cream, and green onions.
- Let it cook for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
- Serve warm, enjoy!
