- 12 oz (340g) uncooked penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (240g) low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup (240g) ricotta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed garlic, cottage cheese, and ricotta cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and slightly golden on top.
