  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a bowl, combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or a serving dish to form an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
  2. Make the Coffee Cream Layer: In a large bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually fold in the sweetened condensed milk, dissolved coffee, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.
  3. Assemble the Dessert: Pour the coffee cream mixture over the chilled biscuit base, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, or until the dessert is firm and set.

Notes
