Instructions
- Prepare the Base: In a bowl, combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or a serving dish to form an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
- Make the Coffee Cream Layer: In a large bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually fold in the sweetened condensed milk, dissolved coffee, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.
- Assemble the Dessert: Pour the coffee cream mixture over the chilled biscuit base, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, or until the dessert is firm and set.
- Add the Topping: Once set, garnish the top with a layer of whipped cream, a dusting of cocoa powder, or grated chocolate. Decorate with coffee beans or chocolate curls for an elegant touch.

Notes
For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of instant coffee granules. Chill heavy cream for better volume when whipping.
