Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix the broccoli, onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
Notes
For added crunch, consider including sunflower seeds or nuts. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
