- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, stir together BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and milk over medium heat. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Add cooked chicken and heat through.
- Return pasta to the pot and mix until fully coated in the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with crispy bacon bits and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
Notes
For added flavor, serve with garlic bread or a simple green salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
