- 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil rotini until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter. Add heavy cream, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta into the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Top the pasta with sliced grilled chicken, crumbled bacon, and a generous drizzle of BBQ sauce.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
To store leftovers, let the pasta cool down to room temperature and place it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
