- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the eggs in water for about 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks.
- While the eggs are cooking, mash the ripe avocado in a bowl and mix in lemon or lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Once the eggs are done, peel and slice them in half.
- Serve the eggs on toast or in a bowl, topped with the creamy avocado mixture.
