Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in water for about 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks.
  2. While the eggs are cooking, mash the ripe avocado in a bowl and mix in lemon or lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Once the eggs are done, peel and slice them in half.
  4. Serve the eggs on toast or in a bowl, topped with the creamy avocado mixture.
