  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Place the Brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce over the Brie and sprinkle with toasted pecans and herbs, if using.
  5. Fold the pastry over the cheese, trimming any excess, and seal the edges.
