- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place the Brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the Brie and sprinkle with toasted pecans and herbs, if using.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese, trimming any excess, and seal the edges.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
