- 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries, chopped if large

- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, softened (for frosting)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and orange zest.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with orange juice and milk. Stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the cupcake liners and bake for 18–22 minutes. Once baked, cool completely on a wire rack.
- For the frosting, beat the softened butter in a medium bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Mix in the orange juice until smooth and fold in the melted white chocolate chips.
- Once the cupcakes are cool, frost each one using a piping bag. Optionally, garnish with a cranberry or a little orange zest on top.

Store cupcakes in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week. For best flavor, serve at room temperature.
