Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Swirl the cranberry sauce through the top layer.
  5. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh cranberries.
