- 1 round sourdough loaf
- 200 g Brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (or whole cranberries)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted

- 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the sourdough loaf into a grid pattern, careful not to cut all the way through the bottom.
- Mix the melted butter with minced garlic, then brush this mixture inside the cuts of the bread.
- Stuff the Brie slices evenly into the cuts, then spoon cranberry sauce over the cheese.
- Wrap the loaf loosely in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover the bread and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh rosemary or thyme on top and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chopped nuts or dried fruits to the cranberry sauce. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
