- 8-ounce crescent dough sheet (or crescent rolls)
- 8-ounce wheel of brie cheese
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce (not jellied)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Lightly dust the counter with flour, roll out the crescent dough sheet, and cut it into 24 equal-sized squares.
- Place each square into a slot of the mini muffin tin and press down to form a cup.
- Cut the brie into small pieces and place one piece in each dough square, topping with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm. Optional: Drizzle with honey or substitute cranberry sauce with fig jam.
Notes
Make sure to cut the brie into small pieces so it melts well. You can experiment with different jams or sauces for varied flavors.
