Description

A delicious dish combining rich seafood flavors and salmon, perfect for entertaining guests or special dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or off, about 6 oz each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz lump crab meat (drained and picked clean)
  • 4 oz cooked shrimp, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
  • Lemon wedges (for garnish, optional)
  • Chopped chives or dill (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper, and mix gently until well incorporated.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry. Using a sharp knife, cut a deep pocket or slit in the center of each fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Fill each salmon fillet with a generous amount of the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lightly season the tops with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve warm with lemon wedges and fresh herbs, if desired.

Notes

Use fresh seafood for the best flavor and consider adding cheese on top for an indulgent touch.
