Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat or real crab, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, crab meat, and shredded carrot until well combined.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
