- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the oat flour, baking powder, and garlic powder (if using) to the mixture. Stir until combined and a batter forms.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a scoop of the batter onto the skillet and spread it out slightly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm.
