- 400 g dulce de leche
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cream the butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolk and lemon zest, mixing until combined.
- Stir in the condensed milk.
- Mix the cornstarch, flour, and baking powder in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly, creating a cup shape.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let them cool, then fill each cookie cup with dulce de leche.
- Serve and enjoy!
