  • 1 lemon zest
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g condensed milk
  • 250 g cornstarch
  • 80 g 0000 flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 400 g dulce de leche

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cream the butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg yolk and lemon zest, mixing until combined.
  4. Stir in the condensed milk.
  5. Mix the cornstarch, flour, and baking powder in another bowl.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
  7. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Flatten each ball slightly, creating a cup shape.
  9. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
  10. Let them cool, then fill each cookie cup with dulce de leche.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
