Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ground cinnamon (optional)
- Nutmeg (optional)
- Cinnamon sticks (optional)
- Dark rum (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender or large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, and vanilla extract.
- Blend the mixture on medium speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth. If mixing by hand, whisk together until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bottle or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill. For best flavor, let it chill overnight.
- Before serving, shake the bottle well.
- Serve over ice in glasses and enjoy. Optionally, add a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or nutmeg, a cinnamon stick for stirring, or a splash of dark rum.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk. Adjust sweetness by modifying the amount of sweetened condensed milk to taste.
