Description
A homemade version of the popular Crunchwrap Supreme, packed with seasoned beef, cheese, fresh veggies, and creamy sour cream.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Optional: nacho cheese sauce or tostada shells for added crunch
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain the excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, then simmer until it thickens.
- On each tortilla, add a layer of the seasoned beef, then some shredded cheese, an optional tostada shell for extra crunch, sour cream, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and red onion.
- Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla inward to form a sealed hexagon, keeping all the fillings inside.
- Toast the folded Crunchwraps in a dry skillet, seam-side down first, until they turn golden brown on both sides.
- Slice in half and enjoy with extra sour cream or hot sauce on the side.
Notes
Make sure to drain the fat from the ground beef to keep the wraps from getting soggy. You can customize fillings to your taste.
