A delicious and easy bowl combining shrimp, colorful vegetables, and a sweet and spicy sauce, perfect for quick dinners or special gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp chili crisp (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 tbsp oil (for cooking)
- 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss shrimp with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and just cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add bell pepper and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in pineapple chunks.
- Add chili crisp, soy sauce, and honey. Mix well.
- Return shrimp to the pan and toss everything together until coated and heated through.
- Serve over warm white rice and garnish with green onions.
Notes
For extra spice, add more chili crisp or some crushed red pepper flakes. Use other veggies like snap peas or carrots for more color and nutrition.
