  • 1 box red velvet cake mix (15.25 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 1012 cookies)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed Oreos until evenly distributed.
  4. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares and serve.
